We concern ourselves with the privacy of every individual that visits our website or inquires after our products.

Our Privacy Policy is in place to protect consumer information and assure an absolute safe online environment for current and potential customers. When ordering, each customer provides information regarding contact address, phone number(s), shipping information, payment method, etc.

Customer Information:

When placing an order, each customer (whether purchasing online, over the phone, via mail or email) provides specific information regarding contact address, phone number(s), shipping information, payment method, etc. This information is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order and providing information regarding discounts or product offerings. Under no circumstances will the information be sold or divulged to third-party members, and can only be requested or modified by the actual purchaser or his or her authorized associates.

This privacy notice applies to the following items:

  • Contact Addresses
  • Shipping Addresses
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Secondary Phone Numbers
  • Payment Information
  • Account and Login Information

Secondary Email Information

There are times when customers may contact us using a secondary email address (a different email address than the one they registered on file in our system). We may use these addresses to reply to the customer, but we observe the same strict confidentiality with such addresses as we do with the primary address.

Storing Customer Information

Upon submission of customer information, it immediately enters our secure internal database. This database is guarded by security access measures, meaning only those authorized to manage customer accounts can access the data and process the order. Customer information is kept on file for reordering purposes. It can be modified at any time by the actual customer if they contact either Beth or Red.

Protecting Childrens Privacy

The content of our website is reviewed and deemed to be completely safe for children use. To further protect childrens’ privacy, we do not accept or collect information from any person(s) ages 14 and under.

Artwork Requirements and Information

The following instructions will help ensure the best possible quality for your custom products.

  1. If you do not know where your logo is located or how to submit it appropriately, contact the person/company that does your printing (business cards, menus, posters, etc.) They are a great resource.
  2. Our system is PC-based. Artwork and Fonts should be PC compatible.
  3. Special Fonts must be e-mailed in a .ttf or .tt1 format.
  4. Artwork should be converted to curves (a.k.a. "outlines") before submission.
  5. Provide the necessary Pantone-Matching-System colors whenever possible to get the closest match for color. Color-matching is available for many colors. If you need exact ink colors, we will need the CMYK levels before processing. This service incurs a $30.00 fee. Some shades of color are not achievable, considering the types of ink we use and the materials they are applied to.

For Custom Printed Vinyl Decals...

Printed vinyl decals require more specific artwork because the print area is much larger than most items, and simply enlarging a normal image can result in a very pixilated print.

Note:

We do not make printed vinyl banners...Kinko's does. Our small format machine has no way to accept the banner material to print on it. We can add your photos and logos, in full color, to the banners, in the same manner we use to make your decals in living color!

Preferred Formats: *Vector (or scalable) artwork and/or high resolution (300 dpi) images are best.

  • .jpg - JPEG BitMap Original image should be 300 dpi or better (not scaled up)
  • .bmp – Windows BitMap Original image should be 300 dpi or better (not scaled up).
  • .cdr - CorelDraw

Return Policy

Dear Customers, Too Crazy Ladies' main goal is to make sure you get the right products that enhance your organization and promote your cause. We ask your help in supporting our Return Policy.

Returning a Stock Item

A stock item is one we have pre-fabricated and does not require specific artwork or special production.

You can return any stock items within 30 days of the purchase date. Should you need to return some product, please CALL or EMAIL us for an RMA. An RMA is required for returns. It is important that it is returned in the original packaging. A refund will then be issued according to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges involved.

Please note that you can also exchange stock items of equal value. For example, say you order 300 poodle breed decals and decide afterwards that Shelties would actually fit better with your event. We can exchange them quickly at no extra charge. You are only responsible for the shipping charges that incur.

Returning a Custom Item:

Custom items are those that have personalized artwork or text (whether printed, engraved, embroidered, woven, etc.) or are made to custom specifications (like a custom size or color).

In fairness, custom products generally cannot be returned for a refund, the most obvious being that we just can't resell a product that has your personalized logo or text on it.

However, we understand the possibility for error in our production, and we will rectify our mistakes as quickly as possible.

In order to take care of you in a timely manner, production errors should be reported to us immediately. Once we verify our error, we will need you to ship the product back to us while we set up a corrected order. Please call us or send an email for an RMA number. We can reimburse you to cover the extra shipping costs in this case, however an RMA number is required. The corrected order will ship out ASAP.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We do not accept orders via FAX, and we ONLY accept U.S. checks or money orders via MAIL.
Our online store

ONLY

is set up to accept all major credit cards through

PayPal

This only applies to online orders. We do NOT currently have the ability to accept credit card payments over the phone or at our booth.

Foreign Orders

Customers from all countries outside the U.S. must pay through PayPal.

Checks and money orders

Checks and money orders must be drawn on US funds and must reflect the accurate sales total (accounting for product, any fees, and shipping charges). Insufficient funds will delay the shipment of your product. You can also pay by e-check when placing an order online through PayPal.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are typically used when organizations have a committee that authorizes usage of funds, and often they order with intent to pay with a check (see Checks above). We accept Purchase Orders from schools, church organizations, charities, and government entities.

Cash

Cash payments are only accepted for on-site pickup, such as when you purchase an item directly from our booth at a show or rally. (no COD shipping).

Deposits

All orders totaling $1,000 or less require payment in full in order to commence the processing of that order. For orders over $1000.00, you have the option to put a deposit down towards the cost of materials, setup, and labor. A 60% non-refundable minimum deposit is required up front, 20% is due upon completion of the product order and the remaining 20% is due upon receipt of the shipped product.
